Annual Pastors' Winter Retreat
Each year, the pastors within the district, are invited to attend the annual Pastors Retreat. This is meant to be a time of refreshing and re-connecting with other pastors in the district.
Location: Ness Lake Bible Camp in Prince George, BC.
Dates: Early February
CPD Annual District Conference
The district conference is held annually on the weekend before Thanksgiving. The location changes each year, so that we have the opportunity to visit and see one another’s church and community in which they serve.
Held after the Pastor & Spouse Huddle and ending with the Annual General Meeting, the conference is open to all churches who are members of the CPD within our district.
The 2025 conference is being held in Salmon Arm, BC - October 3-5 - with Broadview Evangelical Free Church hosting us.

Pastor & Spouse Huddle
The pastor and spouse huddle is held annually on the two days preceding the district conference and AGM.
This is a special time when pastors and their spouse get to connect with others throughout the district and have a great time of fellowship, food, fun and laughter together.
The 2025 huddle is taking place in Salmon Arm, BC on Thursday afternoon, October 2 and Friday morning, October 3, 2025.
